Terrible delivery experience

Nespresso is running a business but treating customers as disposable items. They are not giving customers alternatives on how to buy coffee pods. They claim they can fill orders and ship to customers in 3 to 5 day but takes them forever. I am very frustrated and looking of other machines which use coffee pods widely available on the market. A very bad business plan by limiting customers to one option.

Very impressed all round with Nespresso

My experience has been good right through from ordering the machine online to eventually subscription for monthly order of pods. Very helpful with Yodel non delivery of pods . Customer service were excellent with non delivery issue - sent another box immediately with no questions asked. Good value and tasting coffee too.

How is nexpresso rated so low?

How is nexpresso rated so low? They are probably the best coffee company to deal with when talking about home-stations at least. Haters gona hate i guess.

Best coffee ever!

I had the Nespresso Veturo and Aerocino frother machines for almost 2 years. Love the coffee. My favorites are Fortado, Odacio, Stormio (very bold), and Melozio.

Super satisfied

Super satisfied! I got one because I was sick and tired of drinking freeze dried coffee and having bought the machine and I won’t look back! Super easy to use, no setup required. Many flavors to choose from including a Starbucks range. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy one.

Excellent customer service

Brought a vertuo next early January- absolutely delighted with the machine. And all the coffee options- trying new ones is a really exciting experience! Less than a month of having the machine it just stopped working like it had frozen! I got straight on to the live chat spoke to a lovely gent called David and explained the problem. He arranged a collection of my old machine the next day at an address of my convenience as well! By the time I got home from work the day after a brand new machine was sat there waiting. Fantastic customer service - highly recommend speaking to them on live chat. Also the added bonus of two free coffee glasses and an extra box of coffee was an perfect accompaniment. Oh and a gorgeous box of chocolates too...!Yes the first one broke- but the efficiency of sorting the problem was fantastic. So thank you! Off for a cuppa!

I want more deca flavours in the range of options.

I find the coffee very tasty and the machine easy to use. It is just a pity that there are so few decaffeinato flavours. I would like to see more of them. But I guess the demand is not that high

My second 5 star review

My second 5 star review. My vertuo machine developed a fault, I contacted customer services and they arranged for a loan machine. This was on a Friday. The loan machine turned up on The Monday with mine being collected as well. It did take a little bit longer to repair, but I still had a machine to make coffee. I still can’t understand all the negative reviews!Loved the one star one that complained you couldn’t test the coffee machine before buying it (you can taste the coffee normally in their boutiques). Re that complaint. When was the last time you could taste a restaurant meal before buying it?People just like to moan. I have been dealing with the public for the last 45 years so I think I have an understanding.

Very good experience.

Very good experience.Coffee machine is great. Got a very good January deal on it(Via Amazon). Had to contact customer service as I could not collect on first delivery. Hold time was low and the matter was dealt with very well.Only negative is the fact that if you buy direct then they use Yodel. Currently waiting on a milk frother, so that probably won’t arrive.Also coffee pods are expensive, you get a few samples but you won’t like all of them. So might be expensive testing them all out at first to find your favourites. They do offers where you get free packs of coffee, I’d definitely advise waiting for one. You receive £50 (ish) worth of pods!!
